SAFE HARBOR
The US Department of Commerce, the European Commission, and the Swiss Government have agreed on a set of data protection principles and frequently asked questions ("Safe Harbor Principles") to enable US companies to satisfy the requirement under European Union("EU") law and under Swiss data protection law that adequate protection be given to personal information transferred from the EU to the US and from Switzerland to the US, respectively. Consistent with its commitment to protect personal privacy, MDx has certified to its compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles.
SCOPE
MDx’s Safe Harbor certification applies to all personal information, except human resources data (which is covered by other mechanisms), received by MDx in the US from the European Economic Area (which includes the 27 EU Member States, plus Iceland, Norway and Lichtenstein) and Switzerland.

CHANGES TO THIS SAFE HARBOR PRIVACY POLICY
This Safe Harbor Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time, consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor Principles.
